Whether it’s a vigorous workout on one of our ellipticals, a steady walk on a treadmill, or bit of lifting on our weight machines, Thrive is a state-of-the-art fitness center with something for everyone. Personal training sessions are available for customized wellness goals, such as maintaining or regaining range of motion and strength. Group classes include yoga and tai chi, and residents can even utilize wearable fitness trackers to see their progress.
